Jolyph Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

01 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the Jolyph platform, including the website at jolyph.vu and the Jolyph mobile application available for Android and iOS. The platform is operated by Jolyph and provides online gaming services including slots, live casino games, sports betting, eBingo, and poker, accessible to eligible players in the Philippines.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and Jolyph ("the platform", "we", "us"). 02 Account Registration

• You must not register using false or borrowed identity information.
• Accounts registered on behalf of another person are not permitted.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out through your account is your responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to Jolyph support in writing before the activity occurred.

Jolyph reserves the right to request additional verification documents at any time during the account lifecycle, including at the point of withdrawal request. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in account restriction until verification is complete.

03 Age Verification

Jolyph is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or participate in any gaming activity on the platform. This requirement applies regardless of the laws of any other jurisdiction — the 21+ age limit is a platform-wide policy.

By creating an account, you confirm that you are 21 years of age or older. 04 Deposits and Payments

• Withdrawals will only be paid to accounts registered in your own name.
• Jolyph reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving a withdrawal.
• Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending investigation if there is reason to suspect policy violation or fraudulent activity.
• Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.

06 Bonuses and Promotions

07 Betting Rules

Each game category on Jolyph — including slots, live casino tables, sports betting, eBingo, and poker — is governed by its own specific rules displayed within the game or betting interface. By placing a bet or entering a game, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that game.

General betting rules that apply platform-wide:

• Bets placed and confirmed are final. Jolyph does not accept requests to cancel or reverse a confirmed bet except in cases of documented technical error on the platform's side.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and may vary by account tier.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, Jolyph reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wagered amount to the player's balance.
• Jolyph reserves the right to void any bet that was placed using information that was not publicly available at the time of the event (insider information).
• In sports betting, if an event is cancelled or postponed beyond the defined period, bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned.

08 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Jolyph platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a way not intended for human players.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs or errors for financial gain — any such gains will be void and reversed.
• Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Jolyph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion, particularly where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of policy violation, fraudulent activity, or conduct that puts other players or the platform at risk.

Where an account is closed due to a proven policy violation, any balance held in the account — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited. Where closure is not due to player misconduct (for example, if a player requests voluntary self-exclusion), remaining real-money balances will be processed for withdrawal following standard verification procedures.
